EGHB Speakers Featured on Two EECMA Panels

Every year since 2013 the Emerging and Environmental Claims Managers Association (EECMA) Conference Steering Committee has invited EGHB attorneys to speak on a cutting-edge environmental law or toxic tort topic.  This year, EGHB attorneys are featured on two EECMA panels.
On Thursday, May 2 Erin K. Poppler will examine how the increased frequency and intensity of California wildfires is causing new legal and regulatory concerns that are widespread and costly.  The following morning Fred M. Blum and Michael E. Gallagher will analyze potential changes to site investigation protocols and remediation requirements as the result of new regulatory issues surrounding petroleum hydrocarbons.

The EECMA Conference brings together around 200 insurance, legal, scientific, medical, and consulting professionals to exchange ideas and forge connections.  This year’s event will take place May 1-3 at Loews Portofino Hotel and Conference Center in Orlando, Florida.  Attendees can earn CLE and CE credit and insurance professionals have access to reduced attendance fees.  For more information, view the agenda or click here to register.
