Bill Ye is an associate who defends clients against construction defect, product liability, and toxic tort claims. At his previous firm, he defended Fortune 500 companies in both state and federal court. Prior to entering private practice, Bill worked on high impact consumer litigation at the LA City Attorney’s Office in the Complex and Special Litigation Division, and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Arthur Weissbrodt of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California in San Jose.
Bill is admitted to practice law in both New York and California. He earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2012 where he earned a CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in his antitrust course and served as General Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. In 2007 he was awarded a B.A. in political science from UC Berkeley.
