Emma Samyan is an associate attorney whose practice is focused on business litigation, construction litigation and construction risk management, trucking and transportation, toxic tort, and product liability matters. Emma earned her J.D. in 2018 from Loyola Law School where she served as Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review, and had her work published in several scholarly journals. In 2014, she graduated cum laude with a BA in philosophy from UCLA and was thrice named to the Dean’s Honor List.
Emma gained professional experience serving as an associate attorney for a Los Angeles law firm, where she was actively involved in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. As a student, she served as a clerk for a law firm , and was a legal intern for one non-profit and one private sector organization. Emma is fluent in Armenian.
