T. Healoha Lee is an associate practicing in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, and trucking and transportation. A recent law school graduate, T’ere possesses more than 18 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal. She is accustomed to handling a large caseload and well-versed in the key aspects of trial preparation. T’ere is skilled in handling client interviews; working with opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses; negotiating settlement agreements; conducting legal research; drafting pleadings and motions; and preparing discovery requests and responses.
T’ere began her legal career in Honolulu, where she worked for two firms specializing in family law, before moving to the mainland where she held positions with two Southern California law firms. In addition to serving as a paralegal, T’ere also has more than 10 years of management experience hiring, supervising, and training paralegals and law clerks.
T’ere earned her J.D. in 2020 from the American International School of Law in Irvine, California and her B.S. in business administration from Capella University.
