Biography
Daniella J. Lee is an associate whose practice is focused in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, and trucking and transportation. Daniella handles many aspects of the trial preparation process, including taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, preparing law & motion work product, and arguing motions. She previously gained experience in the legal profession working as an associate with Southern California civil litigation firm. Prior to completing her J.D., she served as a law clerk with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, and with a law firm in Santa Clarita.
Daniella is a 2019 graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law. As a student, she participated in the school's London International Program, was a member of the National Latina/o Law Student Association, and received recognition as a semi-finalist in the Dalsimer Moot Court Competition. Daniella also holds a B.A. in global studies from U.C. Santa Barbara. During her time as an undergraduate, she earned Dean's Honors and studied abroad for a year in Barcelona. Daniella is proficient in Spanish, and her personal interests include travel and tennis.
