Elmira Danielyan is an associate whose practice is focused in the areas of business litigation, product liability, and toxic tort. Her previous experience includes representing major credit card companies in commercial and consumer debt collection matters. Prior to that she defended clients involved in Homeowners Bill of Rights matters and handled key phases of civil litigation such as law and motion and discovery. She also has in-house counsel experience with a premier provider of radiology practice management services.
Elmira graduated cum laude from Western State University College of Law in 2012, where she earned a full scholarship for outstanding academic achievement, ranked in the top 14% of her class, and earned a Witkin Award. She also holds a B.A. in political science from UCLA. Notably, she is fluent in Russian and Armenian.
