In his role as an Associate attorney at Bassi Edlin Huie & Blum, Barry Bryan defends clients against environmental and toxic tort claims. Barry graduated cum laude from UC Hastings College of the Law where he was recognized for Best Brief in the Snodgrass Moot Court Competition and served as Treasurer of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation. He also holds a B.A. in English and Theater from Oberlin College.
Before joining the firm, Barry was a Bridge Fellow at the Center on Race, Poverty, and the Environment in Oakland. In addition, he served as a law clerk for several highly respected institutions, including the California Attorney General's Office, Earthjustice, the Wild Equity Institute, and the Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence. He was admitted to practice in California in November of 2014. In his free time Barry enjoys road cycling, running, and playing soccer. He has also performed in various theater productions in New York.
