Lisa has played a critical role in several of the firm’s recent trial wins.  Notably, she was on the Lasarte v. Catalina Cylinders trial team that won a defense verdict in a Los Angeles Superior Court jury trial.  BEHB’s client, Catalina Cylinders’ President and CEO Rick Hill, said of Lisa and her colleagues: “They are brilliant trial lawyers who know how to defend clients against costly catastrophic injury claims.  We would hire this dream team again in a heartbeat.”

Lisa earned her J.D. in 2003 from University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was a Merit Scholar and received a CALI Award for Excellence.  She also served as a Summer Intern in the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.  She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan.

Outside of work, Lisa is a certified group exercise instructor at Stevenson Fitness, a health club she co-owns with her husband.  She is also the founding director and associate member of Fit 4 the Cause, a non-profit organization.
