Joseph B. Adams

Joe Adams has a broad litigation practice with experience in state and federal courts. He represents clients in a wide range of civil matters, including: environmental law, real property transactions and litigation, business disputes, employment law, and regulatory agency compliance. Mr. Adams also represents member associations in FINRA Arbitrations throughout California.

Joe received a B.A. in American and Environmental Studies in 1993 from the University of California at Santa Cruz and a J.D. in 1997 from the University of San Francisco School of Law. In law school Joe earned the American Jurisprudence Award (highest honors) in Legal Writing & Research and was recognized for his work in Public Interest Law (Environmental). He also was a Moot Court finalist and selected to participate in the Criminal Law Clinic with the San Francisco Public Defender's Office. Joe has extensive civil trial experience, trying more than 10 cases to verdict.

Joe is an avid snowboarder and surfer. He and his wife Sarah reside in San Francisco.
